After your payment has been received, we will then ask you to fill out the Quality Survey which will allow us to interpret your results and allow us to generate the Quality Round manuscript. The Quality Round should take about 30-60 minutes and asks very basic questions about how Institutions are currently testing iPSC quality.
Participants are also required to sign the Kyoto University Material Transfer Agreement in the Appendices of the Quality Round Comprehensive Document and below.
(1) The Quality Round Participant (aka the RECIPIENT) signs the MTA and emails the document, preferably in a PDF format please, to CiRA using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org .
(2) CiRA signs the document and sends the document with both signatures via e-mail back to the Quality Round Participant.
(3) CiRA can the ship the samples to the Quality Round Participant.
The Portal has been activated for the first 7 steps presently. Once payment is received, the MTA sent, materials shipped, Quality Round Participants will be able to later steps in the Quality Round Data Portal.
