Stages of Participation

Stage 1: Receive Codename and GAiT Website Login Details

GAiT will provide you with a codename and login details for the GAiT Website Portal. Please do not share this information with any other Participant.

Stage 2: Enrolment as a Quality Round Participant

Log into the GAiT website portal and access the Enrolment Checklist from the iPSC QAR 2022 document page. Complete the checklist and upload to your assigned Institute folder.

Stage 3: Complete iPSC QAR 2022 Participant Survey

Access the survey from the iPSC QAR 2022 document page and complete. This should take between 30-50 minutes to complete, we appreciate everyone’s time taken for this.

Stage 4: Attend iPSC QAR 2022 preparatory / kick off meeting

Attend one of the following meetings.

26^th September 2022; 0800 – 1100 (UTC +1) or 30^th September 2022; 1500 – 1800 (UTC +1).

Stage 5: Receive Quality Round Materials (February)

Once materials are received, complete the packing/receipt checklist and upload to your assigned Institute folder.

Stage 6: Quality Round Testing (March)

Complete testing in lab, analyse the data sets and fill in the Quality Test templates.

Stage 7: Data Upload (March)

Upload the complete templates and the raw FCS data files to your assigned Institute folder.

Stage 8: iPSC QAR 2022 Technical Feedback Survey (April)

Access the Technical Feedback Survey from the iPSC QAR 2022 document page and complete.

Stage 9: Attend iPSC QAR 2022 workshop (May)

Collated data from all Participants will be circulated prior to this workshop.
